Introduction	I started Blue Orchid Studio in 2005 creating handcrafted jewelry and one-of-a-kind greeting cards. After graduating from college with a degree in Art History, I turned my small little business into a brick and mortar shop, and opened my doors to the public in the Fall of 2006. Four and a half years later, I decided to close the shop, so that my husband and I can move up to British Columbia later this year. Today Blue Orchid Studio has evolved into much more than a unique shop for me, it has become an wonderful outlet for me to express my creativity and continue making fun one of a kind items.
