Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Nope. Riding on the bicycle will chaff their back fins and water will only worsen it. It's like a pair of children's shoes with the squeakers in the sole. It seems like a fun, innovative idea...until you actually use it. Then it super sucks.
