Introduction	I'm a technology leader with over 25 years' experience of working with technology to transform how organisations work, with the last decade in leadership roles. I'm the CTO at Advania UK and while more strategic these days, I have a background as a deep hands-on technologist - managing development teams, leading Microsoft 365 and SharePoint delivery, and writing code. I've held Microsoft MVP status for the last 18 years and regularly speak at Microsoft and industry events. In technology terms, I mainly focus on AI these days, with some Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
