| Introduction | I'm a stay at home mom who just adores my family.I'm happiest when i'm just at home cooking lunch or dinner for family and friends. Moving here to Australia and deciding to put my career on hold when I had my son joshua was the most difficult decision that my husband Ronald and I had to make. But it is also the most rewarding experience for me. I have watched my son grow into a person that i'm most proud of. I was also able to indulge myself into my one true passion ... cooking. I might not have done this as much as I wanted to had I been working. So I salute all those moms out there who are spreading themselves thin working and taking care of their family and having so little time for themselves. I believe that anybody can create a decent meal with minimum fuss and just a few basic ingredients. I'm not afraid to experiment with my cooking. It's my food and it's my kitchen! I just cross my fingers and follow my guts. |
