Introduction	I raced for 18 years before taking what amounts to 6 years off the bike - started playing hockey after moving to Cleveland area where we get plenty of snow in the winter. Broke my ankle, tore a muscle in my thigh, gained 30 pounds, so now I'm back on my bike to remedy all.
