Introduction	I am a 40 something single guy living in Denver, Co. I am a self employed personal chef and private caterer. I also work part time for a wonderful catering company. I spent 8 years in law enforcement before I left to attend culinary school. It had been my dream to become a pastry chef. But while apprenticing, I got involved with artisan bread baking and I fell in love with bread and never went back to pastry. I am passionate about food, and believe that food is to be shared; to be experienced. And it's best done so with friends and family. I have some situations that call for fancy foods, and special presentations, but on most occasions I stick to comfort foods. American classics. Food is my life and this blog is my attempt to share my passion with others.

Favorite music	I have a very eclectic taste in music. From classic french jazz, to rock and country.
Favorite books	The Stand by Stephen King Twilight eyes & Watchers by Dean R Koontz Pretty much anything By Clive Cussler and by Tom Clancy.
