Introduction	I am a lot of things to many people but primarily I am a wife and stay at home mom. I was lap-banded 8/9/10, lost 86% of my excess weight in 10 months and have been maintaining ever since. Through this journey I discovered a passion for exercise specifically running. I"m pretty simple and straight forward with a mouth that sometimes ends up with a foot in it.
