| Introduction | A long time ago I created a blog. I did a fitness thing that required workouts seven days a week for three months. I blogged because I was afraid if I didn't write about it on the Interwebs, I might quit. Now I'm doing a different hard thing. It does not involve exercise, but I'm afraid I might quit.
