| Introduction | I've been a confidence coach for the past 4 years, I am also in image consultant which means I advise people of the most flattering colours and clothing styles to wear so they make the best of themselve. I run a business called Create Yourself with my business partner Michael Staddon who is a personal trainer. Our aim is to help people build on their self confidence and self belief through coaching, fitness and image to create lives they love. Aside from work I live in London with my friend Polly, we have a gorgeous little cat called Fluff, I love the sea, dancing, music, doing things that scare me, travelling and above all having fun! |
