| Introduction | My work is about inspiring individuals to take on the work of self actualization. I call the work Wellness Within. I do this work via classes, programs and retreats. I meet with people in groups or via Skype and occasionally in person by special arrangements. I see this work as my calling and feel inspired to reach as many people as possible with my message.
