| Introduction | The simplest way to describe myself is that I'm an artist, an avid learner, a theater technician and I'm medical. I'm a sophomore in the Carnegie Mellon Design/Productions program hoping to become a costume designer. As well as dealing with my homework, peers, and life, I also have to juggle a myriad of complex diseases and syndromes that keep me on my toes. Oh, and my three favorite types of needles are: Bamboo double point knitting needles. (I don't see the point in buying regular, single point needles since you can use double points for everything.) Either size 7 or 9 sewing needles. (I don't have an explanation here, just an assurance that you can't go wrong with either of these.) And butterfly phlebotomy needles--the smallest, most comfortable, and least re-stick (for me) needle. (On principle, I have no favorite IV needles, but in general, the smaller, the better.) Anyway, that's me. :) |
