Introduction Jim Hamilton is a Principal Analyst at Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, a leading provider of corporate and securities information, and a prolific blogger (Jim Hamilton’s World of Securities Regulation at http://jimhamiltonblog.blogspot.com/). Hamilton has been tracking, analyzing and explaining securities law and regulation for nearly 30 years as an analyst for CCH.
