| Introduction | Kam-Ming Wan is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Hanken School of Economics. Previously, he taught at the University of Texas at Dallas, the University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his doctoral degree from UCLA and undergraduate degree from HKU. Kam-Ming is an applied researcher with a broad research interest ranging from corporate governance and executive compensation to market microstructure. He has published scholarly articles in leading journals including Journal of Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Financial Market, and Critical Finance Review; and received multiple research grants. |
