| Introduction | I grew up "Inside the Beltway," and lived there for about 37 years in two different stretches. I am married with two grown sons. My education was at East Carolina University and Christian Theological Seminary. At the age of 39, I earned a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and taught the art for a number of years. I now practice T'ai Chi. |
