Introduction	I love food and I love feeding people, especially people that I love. I'm starting culinary school in a few weeks and figured that blogging my experience would be a great way to share it with my friends and family. Food to me is creative, smart, fun and sometimes so darn tasty that it makes one think naughty thoughts. Which happen to be my favorite kind! My favorite person to cook for is Jack - I was always told cooking is an extension of loving. Cooking with Nancy, Jack's mother/my mother in-law is probably one of my most favorite things in the world. We crank up the music, pour a glass of wine and laugh, booze it up and most of all, we cook like nobody's business!
