| Introduction | If you've ever read "Walden," you probably remember all those instances where Thoreau would be doing some boring chore like hoeing his garden and would halt his work and take the time to contemplate each rock he unearthed. I chuckled at those parts because I too am often sidetracked from practical tasks by my overly contemplative nature. I've given up on reforming myself, and figured I might as well share my musings with bored internet surfers. Maybe a few people will be entertained by my surplus mental activity . . . |
