Introduction	i am a food lover, i love to cook, to serve and to create i am a hong kong chinese, my grandma and my papa are very good cook, yet they never work as a chef but they are the chefs of our family. i have learned a lot from them, i start to cook for my family gathering for festivals , 12-15 peoples when i was about 10, i always dream to become a chef. but as i was presumed to follow my mom's career path to work in fashion industry and that time was a blooming industry. and restaurant in hk more the man's world. and i would like to learn to french cuisine. there are not such education provided in hong kong except those very expensive private school. so i was working as a fashion developer than a chef. God has gave me the chance to learn become a cook when i move to canada in 1993, industry is terrible bad these time, so i took the chance to change my career. i enrolled to one of the best culinary training school in toronto, ontario. i was so committed to the learning, i have been selected to be in the junior culinary team in school to participle culinary competition.
