| Introduction | Born and raised in Flanders, Belgium, beer has been part of the social fabric. It was a way of life. After completing a master's study in Archaeology, he moved to the United States, and married Melissa Lariviere. Now, he is preparing to bring over part of that social fabric, and brew some great Belgian style ales, in cooperation with a Flemish craft brewer. |
