| Introduction | Hi, I'm Bella! I'm 29 years old, and my husband and I have been married since May 2006 and TTC since August 2007. We are lucky to be blessed with our first baby, Jackson, a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. He is the best dog in the world and is a miracle in his own right. A background on me in just a few incomplete sentences: I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure in May 2008 at the age of 28. Tried acu, herbs, supplements for 6 months. Didn't work. Tried high stims in Nov. 2008. No response. Now moving on to donor eggs. Suddenly diagnosed with thyroid cancer in Dec. 2008, had total thyroidectomy and RAI treatment. Some docs had hoped thyroid removal may resolve POF. No change in POF, so we moved onto DE/IVF in June 2009. So thankful to finally be pregnant with boy/girl twins!! |
