| Introduction | We retired in April 2012 and moved from Sussex to Worcestershire to be nearer the family and the canal network. Monty, our border collie, came to live with us on 23 June 2012. Please join us on our journeys around the cut once our boat is complete (hopefully May 2013). Other notable days/holidays/events may also be detailed from time to time. When not on the cut we are volunteer wardens and lock keepers for the CRT. We patrol two sections of the Worcester & Birmingham Canal (Upper Gambolds Lane to Tardebigge New Wharf (UGL to T/B) and Tardebigge Old Wharf to Shortwood Tunnel (between the tunnels) and we will be lock keeping (mostly school holidays) at Stoke Prior. If you see a couple of people with a border collie wearing life jackets and wielding a litter picker - please wave and say hello. |
