| Introduction | I was injured in January 2003 and ever since Saskatchewan Workers Compensation has made my life a living hell. Sask WCB caused me further injury with their blatant "CULTURE OF DENIAL" and BAD FAITH INSURANCE TACTIC'S. Saskatchewan WCB has negligently and recklessly administered my injury claim, finally after threatening to get a lawyer I received help for one of my work injuries, almost everything that could have done to HELP me recover from my work injuries was denied or was approved to little to late, and resulted in me becoming permanently disabled. I was lied to about my work injuries by my case manager who had evidence that sending me back to work without proper help would result in further injury. But didn't care anyway. My physicians warning's and requests were also denied, wcb employees with no medical training deny physicians recommendations and must be held accountable? WCB in Saskatchewan was supposedly formed due to a Historic Agreement, called the Meredith Principle however that also is a lie, their was no agreement, WCB was brought into LAW by our Provincial Government. When you have a problem with WCB, I am now a firm believer GET A LAWYER. |
