Introduction	Hello my name is Jadon. I am 4 years old. I was diagnosed with infantile spasms on February 25, 2010. My mommy and daddy were very scared. We were admitted to childrens hospital to do lots of test. All of my blood test have come back normal. I have had several MRI,s. My recent 3T MRI showed that my left side of my brain was developing slower than my right. We finally found the cause of my IS through a PET scan. I had a hemispherectomy January 10, 2012 that stopped the 1400 seizures I was having weekly. I am making huge developmental gains now that I'm not having seizures. We are so thankful for Detroit Childrens Hospital's neurology department. They saved my life. We also thank God everyday for leading us to these doctors and for taking my seizures away. Before I was relieved from these seizures I was hospitalized 17 times due to seizures and sickness. I traveled to Boston 4 times to try to get help an I've traveled to Detroit 6 times for appointments, surgery, and post op appointments. Since my surgery I have not been hospitalized. Our God is amazing and he has shown us a miracle :)
