| Introduction | Hi! I've recently become super interested in nutrition and fitness. It all started out of a journey of trying to be the healthiest I can be, at any size that I am. I've recently lost about 25 pounds, due mostly to the lifestyle changes I've made on this path to health. |
| Interests | my standard answer is turtles, trees, and tattoos. For this journal I suppose my interests are, loosing weight, fitting in airplane seats, never going into lane bryant again, and figuring out how to properly use fitness machines. |
