| Introduction | "RJE Software" is an open source collection of python modules for a variety of bioinformatics tasks. The main elements are the SLiMSuite toolkit for protein motif discovery and the SeqSuite toolkit for DNA and protein sequence analysis. The main author is Dr Richard Edwards (University of Southampton) and all blame should be directed at him, although contributions and credit belong to others also. |
