IntroductionJane Campbell is the designer and owner of Seams Like Magik. Once upon a time, in a land far away, she won blue ribbons for her 4-H sewing skills during her formative years in Montana. She received a BS in Engineering, followed by over 25 years in technical and tech management-including almost 13 years at Kennedy Space Center. Over the years, sewing became only a hobby she had little time to pursue, as she devoted herself to her career and raising her family. Somewhat inexplicably, her hobby became her business and her career became her hobby (she adores all things technical and spacey). Today she is the custom designer of medieval, Renaissance, Victorian/Steampunk, Japanese and fantasy costumes and travels to Renaissance Faires, science fiction and anime Conventions to peddle her wares while greeting old friends and new. In her spare time, she sews and reads (and sews) usually surrounded by her trusty camels. The lure of tech called and Jane also works full-time in environmental cleanup.
InterestsReading, crosswords, cooking, friends, spinning, sewing things for myself? (like that ever happens), massage, camels
