Up until June 2009, I lived in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area, but have since moved to the Wenatchee Valley in Washington state. On this blog, you'll find both healthy food information and a substantial amount of research on topics such as organic/non-toxic body care, hair care and cosmetics. I am not a licensed doctor or nutritionist. What I share on this site is simply based on personal experience and research.
