Introduction	Mary Maggard Hays is Canon to the Ordinary in the Anglican Diocese of Pittsburgh. In that role, she is especially focused on the formation of Christian leaders, lay and ordained, equipping them to nourish and reaching others with the transforming love of Jesus Christ. She has worked with Christian leaders of all ages for nearly 40 years. Mary has been married to the Rev. Whis Hays for 38 years. Whis founded and directs Rock the World Youth Mission Alliance (www.rocktheworld.org). They are the parents of two grown children, Kate (Erik) and Dave (Julie) and the grandparents of Lucy and Peter.
