Introduction	Wife, mother, friend, sister, artist, optimist, gourmet cook, house manager, professional, gardener, lover of nature &…now I am a rawfoodist. I came from a background of traditional SAD-Standard American Diet. I just didn’t know any better. My parents were from the depression era where you cleaned your plate, cooked with left over fat from bacon and never threw anything away. I have evolved alot since my youthful days and would like to continue my journey with a blog here about my food journal and ideas on health and wellness. I have 4 vibrant healthy children from 17-6 yrs. of age and an helping them make wiser food choices like myself and hopefully one day to a raw diet too. I want an allotment for a family domain- as Anastasia (A wonderful series of books by Vladimir Megre', which I highly recommend) would call it. We currently have a small plot and do alot of gardening but would like to have a more lush, secluded & forest garden on 2.5 acres.God created everything man needs, so a self sustaining plot of land is my ideal.
