| Introduction | I ran cross county and track in high school and one semester in college. My husband and I married right after college and quickly started a family. Soon after my children were born I started running competitively again in local road races. Having always been plagued with running injuries I started doing triathlons about two years ago and am now sucked in. I am also an ACE certified personal trainer. My children are now 13, 11, and 9 and I'm constantly trying to balance my competitive nature as an athlete with my desire to be the best mom I can be. Is it possible? |
