I seldom subscribe to plans that have been clinically planned. I am usually famish when it comes to food yet exercising is my biggest apprehension. I am not perfect and I know I am not expected to be yet I strive to constantly be on the road of progression. I love to express my thoughts and more than that, I am on this journey of discovering myself with God being my only constant amidst all the changes around me.
