| Introduction | I am a Retired Head of the Department in Mechanical Engineering field.Retired after serving for 36 years in various organisations like State Government, Central Government,in a Gulf Country and in Private Sector. I don't claim any of these Articles are of my own. My part is like that of a thread which holds all the Beautiful and Fragrant Flowers in position, in a Garland.I feel fortunate to have so many friends, with whom I can share my views, idea etc. Earlier, I was able to share Articles with limited number of people only. I am thankful to my friend Mr.K.Om Praksh, who not only suggested me to maintain this Blog but also guided in doing so. I am health conscious and maintaining sound Health, even at the Age of 65 years. I feel that a person can learn any thing until his death, provided he is inclined to do so.
