Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
What? Sometimes I ONLY wear a scarf. I love scarves, they're the most fabulous article of cold weather wear EVER. I even like them in the summer with my tank tops. And furthermore, what is the big problem with feeling naked?
