Introduction	I am a graduate student in the Biology Department at Dalhousie University. My main interest is in the diversity of life, from an evolutionary context: the relationships between living things and how they are similar to and differ from one another. My background in this regard has been mostly in animals, but I have become fascinated with the relationships of all eukaryotic organisms to one another, and that is what I am studying now at Dalhousie. This means that I sequence genes and play with electron microscopes, which is exactly as much fun as I had always hoped it would be.
