Introduction	Why shortfatblokerunning? Well I'm short. Then there's the fat bit. My BMI at the time of starting this blog is 28.3 which is 1.7 away from being classed as obese. I know it's tosh for me as I'm stocky rather than fat but hey that's what the BMI labels me. And lastly I'm running :-)
