| Introduction | Let me say up front that Ghosts of Chickamauga is merely the name of the blog an not the subject matter. So if you're looking for a Civil War ghost hunter you'll be disappointed. That said, if I ever have a backwoods encounter with a ghost while tromping around Chickamauga's trails y'all will be the first to know. I have the great good fortune of living a half mile from Chickamauga National Park. As an avid history fan addicted to the lure of hiking trails having such a resource almost literally next door is fantastic. As a result I have a very intimate understanding of both the course of the battle and the lay of the land. |

| Favorite music | I like a little bit of it all. I'm an especially big fan of acoustic, folky stuff. Until recently I played mandolin in a local bluegrass band. To my surprize I've also become a fairly big fan of AC/DC lately. Go figure. |
