| Introduction | The CHC Group is made up of Community Housing Cymru (the membership body for Welsh housing associations), Care & Repair Cymru (the Older People's Housing Champion) and CREW Regeneration Wales. The group structure was created to strengthen links and to work collaboratively to achieve more across not-for-profit housing, care and regeneration. -- Aelodau Grŵp CHC yw Cartrefi Cymunedol Cymru (corff aelodaeth cymdeithasau tai Cymru), Care & Repair Cymru (Hyrwyddwr Tai Pobl Hŷn) a CREW Adfywio Cymru. Cafodd y strwythur grŵp ei greu er mwyn cryfhau cysylltiadau a chydweithio i sicrhau cynnydd mewn tai dim-er-elw, gofal ac adfywio. |
