Introduction I grew up in eastern NC and attended UNC-G for undergraduate studies in history and English. I lived in Boston for four years, working and attending graduate school at Simmons College for a Masters in Library Science. I have worked as a media specialist in elementary, middle and high schools in the US as well as at an international school in Frankfurt, Germany. I currently teach electronic portfolios and technical writing in the Department of Packaging Science at Clemson University. I also have a Creative Inquiry group at Clemson working on the history of our department and the history of packaging. This project will be showcased as a multimedia production in the lobby of the new Sonoco Institute at Clemson. I am passionate about animals and currently have 4 cats.
Interests I enjoy reading, travel and beading. I also enjoy collecting antiques.
