| Introduction | Just a girl on a journey with lots of jars, rings and lids and a love for telling stories. I never want to buy a car that doesn't have a standard transmission. To me, grocery shopping is a past time, never a chore. I try to read one non-fiction for every fiction. A man who sends me a bouquet of fresh basil would win my heart over one who sends flowers. I served a year as a type II forest fire fighter for AmeriCorps. I'd easily be a vegetarian if I didn't love beef so much. There is not one vegetable that I don't like. I'm fascinated by all of the religions in the world. I serisouly love my family and am completely enamored by my friends. I'm from Buffalo and adore skiing, Nino's Pizza, Weber's mustard and chicken finger subs, but abhore the cold. My favorite meal includes bread, cheese, olives and wine and a picnic blanekt. Valentines Day will always be my favorite holiday. An anthropoligical approach to life is my preferred perspective. I believe whole-heartedly in Karma. I'm eternally optimisitc. I write this blog because food, and the people associated with my stories, inspire me to be a better person every single day. |
