Introduction	I wanted to be a chef until I was fourteen. I would go to culinary school, open an elite restaurant in New York City, and somehow have four other careers on top of that. I don't exactly want to be a chef anymore, but that doesn't mean that I've lost interest in food--in fact, my love of food has only increased. This blog chronicles my adventures in cooking, baking, reading, and, of course, eating. Bon appetit!
