| Introduction | I started birding in Colorado in 1992. Since then, if you divide the state into sections with 9 mile sides, I have birded in every one. Other trivia, I have climbed all 55 of the 14,000 mountains, quite a few (80+) of the shorter ones, and been on 296 of the 300 tallest passes in the state. Colorado is a beautiful state to explore!
