| Introduction | Grew up in Alexandria,IN. Graduated from Indiana Univ in 1979 with degree in Dental Lab Tech. Got a job at the Indiana Univ School of Dentistry in 1979.Took an active interest in learning about orthodontics & was asked to go to dental school but being a 25 yr old single gal looking at $20,000 a year tuition & having to support myself, it didn't seem like an option.For 8 years, I went to school & graduated from Purdue Univ with a degree from the Sch of Science in Psych with intentions of being a counselor I graduated from Purdue in 1989, I met Mike & I wanted to get married & have children first.After having Blake in 1993, I was hired to be on faculty.I had written the textbook & taught dental students since 1980.I also owned an Ortho lab.I loved my faculty position since I had made that my goal many years before.Madison was born in Feb 1996.I currently have 3 part time jobs.Have sold real estate since April 2000.I travel & notarize mortgages.In Oct 2008, I started working at Central College & answer the campus phone as well as handle security calls. |
