| Introduction | Fashion memories live forever. I was about 4 years old and I still remember watching my mum putting on her mega check tartan coat (that later got stolen in Melbourne) and grabbing her black patent envelope clutch. Hi there! My name is Jennifer, I was born in Shanghai and grew up in Melbourne and Sydney. (Btw Sydney all the way! yeah! :) Over the past 3 years I've been living on the opposite hemisphere, in Milan Italy. It is a city that has offered me so much perspective not only with regards to 'bettering ones dress sense' but as a major threat to the idealistic notion that the grass is greener on the other side... Milan is not the happiest place in the world, rather opportunistic and insensitive. Nevertheless I am so grateful to be here, I have learnt and experienced so much and have been inspired by the beauty and style of my new city that I would love to share with you all on this blog. I'm pretty tame but my mind and will takes me elsewhere. Trained in Marketing and Branding but deep down I consider myself as an artist, kind of introverted and conflicted but capable of producing good stuff! |
