THE NAILS" comes from my HS Jazz Ensemble instrutor, Clint Frohm, who used to yell that at me when I was playing the bass and he (and apparently everyone else) could hear my INFAMOUSLY long nails sliding over the fingerboard of my bass and cello when I was playing! |
