| Introduction | Open Society Organization officially started working in the current year after getting official permit from the Ministry of Economy. From social standing point, Open Society is able to create an environment in the society that is an opportunity for freedom, equality, brotherhood and justice and as cultural self-dependency is one of the vital and fundamental features of open society, it reacts openly towards changes and outputs and this does mean acceptance; however, it means evaluating the outputs and reacting logically, rationally and consciously in areas of cultural affairs. On the same basis, Organization of Open Society who wants change in Human Rights conditions of the people of Afghanistan, promoting democracy, securing justice, improving the conditions of the youths, political participation of women, culture and art growth and cooperation with medias is of its values, is established |
