| Introduction | I'm 24-year-old yoga addict who presents as a that awkward middle-aged cat lady that loves crossword puzzles, word games, and literature. After graduating from college with a degree in English and Psychology, I've somehow stumbled into various jobs in the social work field. The experiences I have on a day-to-day basis can make me question my own reality. You couldn't write some of the things I've seen and heard. My life used to be easy, but after losing my dad to cancer on 8/9/10, I've lost my way. My mind never shuts off, and I'm searching for something more in my life. I stumbled into a yoga studio in the summer of 2012 and it has become my savior and therapy. This blog is a long-time intention never put into action, and I hope to gain some insight to myself through writing out my thoughts and random musings. |
