| Introduction | My name is Erika. I am here to hold myslef accoutable for my personal goals. I am insulin resistant and pre-diabetic. All of the health goals I have set are to try and reverse both. I am 5'2" and 155lbs (profile picture is two months old). I have been a healthy and muscular 130lbs my entire life. Recently (after putting on 20 pounds, in 2 years, out of nowhere) I learned I have insulin resistance and a couple of other issues. I am determined to change my lifestyle to better my health.
