Introduction	Hi, I'm Misty! I am a Texas girl at heart, born and raised here. There isn't another state that I would rather be. My husband is from Pennsylvania. Brian and I met while I was in college. His career brought him to Texas, and I'm so blessed it did. He is the love of my life. We were married in July 2004. I taught second grade for 5 years and worked as a gifted and talented specialist teaching K-4 for one year before I became a stay at home mom. We have two boys. Emerson is 5 and Langston is 3. I love being at home with my boys, but it is a challenging job! Actually being a mom is probably the most challenging thing I've done in my life, but the rewards are great. Langston keeps us on our toes from the time we wake up until we go to sleep. Brian and I as a team manage his life-threatening food allergies to milk, egg, fish and shellfish. He outgrew his peanut allergy! Thank you, Jesus! We pray every day that he will outgrow at least a few more of them! Our boys fill our hearts and lives with joy that just can't be put into words. I thank God for Brian, Emerson, and Langston! I'm truly blessed!
