Introduction I've been serving people food since i was legally able to work at the age of 16. Started as a dishwasher at my local McDonalds many moons ago. Worked my way up and then ran restaurants on long island before moving to the city with a chef/owner to open a modern Greek restaurant. Started in the deep end of the NYC food world due to some great PR my boss had. Within weeks i was waiting on the NY Times food reviewer of the time Frank Bruni. after reading the review and seeing my descriptions quoted by Mr. Bruni i knew i had arrived. Never had i ever seen a waiter's words in any NY Times review before. But there it was in black and white. Wow, I got this! After we got our starsfro Bruni i decided to sew my wild oats around town.In this business in order to learn you have to do. I busted my hump and learned a ton. Japanese, French, American, Peruvian, Brazilian, Turkish, Greek, all together making me the person that i am today. As they say, all roads lead home and thats exactly where my road led back to, the Italian kitchen. Not just any Italian Kitchen, THE BEST! I thank you with all my heart and i hope you enjoy.
