Introduction	I am a single Anesthesiologist living in Oklahoma City. I had a major bomb go off in my life Oct 26th 2009. I lost everything! I have finally recovered from the emotional wreckage. ( It's about time!) I finally feel motivated to train again. This blog is a chronicle of my journey back to fitness. I hope it serves to keep me on the right track as well as a motivator for others to do the same.
Interests	A former Ironman Triathlete but due to some personal issues, I lost everything including my fitness. That's soon to change.
Favorite movies	"Rudy". A true story about a guy that overachieves and does not give up on his dream. This movie just does it for me every time.
