| Introduction | As a youngster in the early 80's I ran on the roads and track exclusively. The wheels were good back then and I got to sub-30 in the 10k and pushed it close to 14 in the 5k. Now? An aging runner that is finding his groove again by running ultras and getting to the mountains as often as possible. I still like to go fast and far, it's just harder to stay healthy nowdays. |
